  • Product Highlights & Structural Design:

    1. Modular Draw-out System (GCS/MNS): Features plug-in functional units that allow for independent operation of each circuit. In case of a fault, modules can be quickly replaced, drastically minimizing downtime for maintenance. The drawers are equipped with a 3-position mechanism (Isolated, Test, Connected) and mechanical interlocks to ensure absolute operator safety.

    2. Intelligent Power Monitoring & Compensation: Equipped with multi-function digital meters that provide real-time monitoring of voltage, current, power factor, and energy quality. The integrated Reactive Power Compensation Cabinet (e.g., Model 1A2) utilizes high-quality reactors and capacitors to effectively filter harmonics, improve power factor, and significantly reduce electricity costs for enterprises.

    3. Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS): We offer fully integrated ATS dual-power incoming cabinets. In the event of a main power outage, the system automatically switches to a backup generator or utility supply within milliseconds, ensuring uninterrupted power for critical loads such as fire protection systems and data centers.

    4. Robust Cabinet Construction: Built with high-grade cold-rolled steel plates, processed with acid pickling, phosphating, and electrostatic epoxy spray coating. This treatment offers excellent corrosion resistance and impact strength. Main busbars are made of high-conductivity pure copper, providing strong current-carrying capacity and minimal temperature rise.

  • High-Temperature & Dust-Proof Design: Given the high temperatures and dusty conditions often found in Africa, we recommend upgrading to an IP54 protection rating and equipping the cabinets with enhanced cooling fans and ventilation vents. This ensures stable operation of all components even when ambient temperatures reach up to 50°C.

  • Wide Voltage Tolerance: To accommodate voltage fluctuations in regional power grids, our selected electrical components have a generous safety margin, allowing for stable operation within a range of ±15% of the rated voltage.

  • Cost-Effective Logistics & Delivery: The cabinets feature a modular assembly design. We offer delivery options as fully assembled units or as knocked-down (KD) kits for quick on-site assembly, significantly reducing international shipping and logistics costs.

What IP rating do you recommend for outdoor distribution boxes in Africa?

For outdoor use in tropical or desert climates, we recommend IP54 or IP65 enclosures with anti-corrosion coating. Our TBC and LCB series are available in IP65 upon request.

Yes. Our LVDB low voltage distribution boards support copper busbars rated from 400A to 2500A. Custom configurations with specific breaker brands can be arranged for bulk orders.

Our MU32, MU33, and MU34 CT metering boxes comply with IEC 61439 and local utility requirements. CE certification is available for all exports.
